Albums

The discography of American rock group Toto includes 13 studio albums, 4 live albums, and a number of compilations. In addition to releasing original music, Toto has also done work with other artists and on soundtracks for films. The group has won multiple Grammy Awards.

Before the formation of Toto, band members did sessions for other musicians. Drummer Jeff Porcaro, bassist David Hungate, and keyboardist David Paich (the son of session percussionist Marty Paich and brother of guitarist Joe Porcaro) played on Boz Scaggs 1975 album Silk Degrees. The group's collaboration led to formation of Toto in 1976.

The third album of Toto, Turn Back, marked a change from the more progressive sound of their previous efforts and was criticized for the absence of hit singles. In 1985, the group's lead singer Fergie Fredericksen resigned, and the band held auditions to find a new frontman. Guitarist Steve Lukather was chosen, and the group recorded their album Fahrenheit in 1986.

Toto released Toto XX in 1998 to celebrate its 20th anniversary. The group went through old tapes and recordings to create the special record. The album was well-received by fans, and the band embarked upon the tour with former members Bobby Kimball Steve Porcaro and Joseph Williams.

In the course of the tour for the album 40 Trips Around the Sun The drummer Leland Sklar quit the group and was replaced by Shem von Schroeck. In the year 2017, Toto released the double-CD set Falling in Between.  먹튀검증 커뮤니티  included recordings from the tour and also an interview with the group.

Toto is a rock band from the United States that was formed in Van Nuys in Greater Los Angeles in 1977. Toto has released a variety of music videos. The band has released a number of compilation videos and DVDs. The most popular video of the band is "Africa", with over one billion views. The video is set in a library, with the band performing on top of the stack of African books.

The track "Africa" is from the album Toto IV. The song was written by members of the band and produced David Paich. It was a huge hit in Europe and a variety of other countries. The success of the single helped Toto to regain their popularity following their previous album Turn Back failed to chart in America.

Following the release of the album, Toto went on a world tour. The group was joined by touring backing musicians Lenny Castro, Shannon Forrest, Warren Ham and Shem von Schroeck. In addition, guitarist Steve Lukather released his second solo album, Luke.

In 1985, drummer Fergie Frederiksen resigned from Toto due to personal reasons. Toto held an audition to find the replacement for Frederiksen.

Before and during the formation of Toto its members, they did session work for various artists. Toto was formed following Jeff Porcaro, bassist David Hungate and Boz Scaggs recorded Silk Degrees. Paich played keyboards on Steely Dan records, Seals and Crofts and Sonny and Cher.
